Dancing improves fitness and builds team morale.

3D Dance can provide workshops, inter-curricular, lunchtime or after school classes tailored to meet your individual requirements. We can take care of class organisation to assist administration.

Classes are based on high energy routines with age appropriate music and modern choreography. 3D Dance focuses on fun while developing maximum body dynamics such as physical fitness, co-ordination, confidence and self esteem.

Initiate a program at your pre-school or day-care. Dance is a fantastic introduction to music and movement. A structured program keeps the students enthusiastic and allows them to appreciate their own progression. Each week a different theme is implemented, encouraging children to use their imagination which in turn creates maximum enjoyment, commitment and participation.

Dance can be a non competitive activity that promotes individual potential. Benefits such as better posture, musical appreciation and physical co-ordination are all attributable to dance. Dancing is a great all year round team sport as an Inter-curricular activity that encourages class interaction, it’s a great lunchtime or after school care program that promotes a healthy lifestyle, team work and improves confidence.

3D Dance encourages the students to participate in all performance opportunities that arise such as school fetes and assembly’s giving family and friends an opportunity to appreciate the children’s developing skills.

3D will assist in choreography for school musicals and productions. With over 15 years experience in the dance industry we can provide stage management, direction, dance, performance and drama skills creating a professional show for performance. We tailor to your needs encouraging maximum participation and community networking. Our teachers are AASC (Active After School’s Coach) appointed by the Australian Sports Commission and qualified in all areas of performing arts.
